Thanks for visiting my website, here is a little bit about me and how this all began…

The birth of my little girl Phoebe in 2020, brought a lot of change into my life and with it came the decision that I didn’t want to continue with my corporate career.

I needed a change of focus and different pace of life. I’ve always been an advocate of massage as self-care and have a strong interest in all things holistic, so following advice from a good therapist friend, I dipped a toe by attending a short introductory massage course.

I was hooked and went on to gain my ITEC Level 3 qualification in Full Body Massage which gave me the skills to be able to open my business. I worked as a self employed therapist in a local salon initially which helped build my confidence and experience,  I went on to gain qualifications in different types of treatments focusing on women’s health.

I am MASCED accredited ‘Melanoma and Skin Cancer Early Detection’ and trained in specialist pre-natal massage and oncology massage which enables me to give safe, gentle pampering treatments during pregnancy and for those diagnosed with cancer. 

I also have an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Certificate.

I absolutely love my job and find it very rewarding to help others to relax, reduce their pain, improve mobility and generally feel better. I have fabulous clients who I see regularly and I look forward to meeting you soon.
