Massage, and the other holistic treatments provided have many benefits, so if you are feeling stressed, suffering from anxiety, have sore, aching muscles – I can help. Regular massage is an excellent choice for self-care and well-being. Many clients swear by regular massages to give them that bit of ‘me time’ that allows them to switch off and completely relax.

Treatments are carried out in my peaceful home therapy room which is private, warm and welcoming. I also have an enhanced DBS certificate.
